Mahila Utkarsh Sansthan has been running two schools for working children in Banganga. The organization has providing Non-formal Education Vocational Training, Nutrition Facilities and Health Care facilities etc. Stiffened Rs.100/- is been paid to each child.
The Organization has employed two trained psychologist two trained vocational Instructors, Four Bridge Educators and One Outreach Worker. The centre is an ideal in the sense that it benefits the poorest children in the city. The centres provides training on day to day tasks, vocational training, parents counselling children counselling all at places working children old age people. All the participants enjoyed the programme very well.
Process of the Project :
1.Monetary support
A monetary support in the form of stipend is provided to encourage the working children towards study and to compensate for any financial loss. They feel as a result of loss of work.
2.Guidance and Counselling
Guidance and counselling is provided to the parents and their words as there are a attituainal personality ractors.
3.Family Education
In case of drug abuse, crime, delinquency violence, suicides, rnning away, dropping out of School, Myriad emotional and behavioural discarders parents armed with knowledge will make the right decisisons on behalf of their levelones for that is the essence of counselling.
4.Adolescent Education
